Rudi Kuhn

BLC, LLB (UP), Post Grad Dip Labour Law (RAU)

Rudi Kuhn is a practising attorney, specializing in labour law. He represents various individuals and small to medium sized firms. He appears regularly at the CCMA and the Labour Court. He also teaches labour law at various levels and different entities. After obtaining his BLC and LLB degrees at the University of Pretoria and completing his articles, he was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 1990. He obtained a post graduate diploma in Labour Law at the Rand Afrikaans University in 1992. He has gained skills and experience to effectively deal with a variety of labour disputes including unfair dismissals, disciplinary hearings, unfair labour practices, sexual harassment and automatically unfair dismissals.


Graham Damant

Graham is a prominent labour attorney and Director of Bowman Gilfillan Inc. He has acted both as an assessor in the Labour Appeal Court and as an Acting Judge in the Labour Court. He has assisted Business South Africa in the drafting of the Labour Relations Act and in the negotiating and drafting of some of the Schedules of the Act.

Management Consultant and specialist in business strategy and financial restructuring. He has held several executive and non-executive directorships in major organisations.
